The project aims to create cross-border opportunities for young people living in disadvantages area in order to improve the socio-economic integration through mobility project. This means increasing possibilities for young adults and social worker living and working in rural or disadvantages areas, to get informed and trained to experience mobility or to guide people toward it. This project then will involve Young Adult, professionals and Institutions (small- medium and big) with the objective to give to all the individuals the same possibility to be informed, trained and to allow them to adopt other innovative instruments.
Objectives:
- Encourage less educated young people to be more mobile in order to improve their chances to get in the labour market; Foster their employability through “peer monitoring” and lead them towards self-entrepreneurship allowing them to deeply discover in what consist jobs related to the social field.
- Inform young citizens about different mobility programs and the European instruments through which it is possible to live an experience abroad. Information sections will be promoted on the region, those will be open to the public of every age. Explanation of the devices, possible pathway and opportunities will be the content of these sections that will also cover the various types of mobility possible: volunteering, stage, training or for studying.
- Train less educated young people and make them able to define their path of life and work, enabling them to become active participant on the process of building and developing their own context.
- Create cross-border opportunity for young people to strengthen their skills, qualification and intercultural sensitivity to contribute to the economic development of their territory.
- Develop tools capable of helping people in knowing more about European projects, procedures, methods of application and criteria of selection.
Results
- GUIDE with useful information about internet web site, procedures of selections, and methodologies of application; specific training to help future participants in building their project, to prepare themselves for a period of mobility and to follow up news concerning devices and procedures.
- Establish local HUBs.
