
Project Overview
GreenStride is an Erasmus+ Sport project designed to engage and empower young people through sustainable outdoor activities, combining physical activity, environmental awareness, and mental well-being. The project promotes Km0 tourism, ecopsychology, and green habits, offering participants hands-on experiences in nature that foster healthier lifestyles and stronger environmental responsibility.
Objectives
GreenStride aims to:
- Promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles among youth
- Enhance mental well-being through nature-based activities
- Increase environmental awareness and sustainable behavior
- Encourage active citizenship and community engagement
- Support inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities
Target Groups
- Young people aged 16–25 (up to 30)
- Youth workers, trainers, and NGO staff
- Community organizations and sport clubs
