The project’s aim is to create a methodology that allows young people with fewer opportunities to self-assess their acquired skills and capacities. We will also provide a tool for them to better their skills regarding personal evaluation. This will happen through a verification process of unique competences, which results in a QR code, which then in turn can be applied to the young person’s CV. Thanks to the validation process and the materials that go alongside it we strive to empower both youth workers to follow up the acquisition of learning and skills of youngsters, and the youngsters themselves.
Results
Practical: From a concrete tangible perspective we will create the application, manual and forms for the youngsters and educators to carry out the verification process.
Overall: “Introduce youth self” ’s higher desired result is to improve the personal representation of young people through a verification process and a tangible end result. We want to facilitate their capabilities in a professional environment through providing them with the needed resources.
